1. RETURNS & REPLACEMENTS

At Maharashtra Sufi Saints, customer satisfaction is important to us. If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, we will gladly assist you with a replacement in accordance with this policy.

Returns or replacement requests are accepted only if:

  • You receive a damaged product.
  • You receive a defective product.
  • You receive an incorrect product different from your order.

Replacement Conditions

Eligible products will be replaced after verification of the reported issue by our support team. If a replacement is unavailable, a refund may be provided where applicable.

Time Window to Report Issues

Customers must report any issue within 48 hours of receiving the order.

Proof Required

To process your request, please provide:

  • Clear photographs of the damaged or incorrect product.
  • Photographs of the original packaging.
  • Order number or purchase details.

Return Pickup Method

Depending on your location and courier availability, we may arrange a pickup or request you to ship the product back. Detailed instructions will be provided by our customer support team after verification.

2. REFUND ELIGIBILITY

Refunds Are Allowed When

  • A replacement product is unavailable.
  • The order is cancelled before dispatch.
  • We are unable to fulfill your order.
  • A refund is approved after verification of the reported issue.

Refunds Are Not Allowed When

  • The customer changes their mind after delivery.
  • A COD order is refused after dispatch.
  • The product has been used, damaged by the customer, or is returned without valid reason.
  • A return request is made after the permitted reporting period.

3. COD ADVANCE POLICY

COD Advance Amount

A small advance payment is required for all eligible Partial Cash on Delivery (COD) orders. The exact amount is displayed during checkout.

Refund Rule for Advance

The COD advance amount is refundable if:

  • The order is cancelled before dispatch.
  • We are unable to process or fulfill your order.

Non-Refundable Conditions

The COD advance may become non-refundable if:

  • The order has already been dispatched.
  • The customer refuses to accept delivery without a valid reason.
  • Incorrect delivery information provided by the customer results in a failed delivery.

Repeated refusal of COD orders may result in restrictions on future COD purchases.

4. REFUND TIMELINE

Approved refunds are generally processed within 7–10 working days after verification and approval.

Refund Payment Method

Refunds are issued through the original payment method used during the purchase. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment service provider.

5. ORDER CANCELLATION

Cancellation Before Dispatch

Orders may be cancelled only before they have been dispatched from our warehouse.

Cancellation Method

To cancel an order, please contact our customer support team through email or phone as soon as possible. Once an order has been dispatched, cancellation requests cannot be accepted.
