We aim to process every order as quickly and efficiently as possible.

Order Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 working days after successful payment confirmation and order verification.

Processing on Holidays / Weekends

Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays are processed on the next working business day. Processing times may be extended during peak seasons, promotional events, or unforeseen circumstances.

To ensure safe and timely delivery, we work with reliable courier and logistics providers.

Courier partners are selected based on the customer’s delivery location and service availability.

3. DELIVERY TIMEFRAME

Standard Delivery Time

Most orders are delivered within 2–7 working days after dispatch, depending on the delivery location.

Remote Area Delivery Time

Deliveries to remote or non-serviceable locations may require additional time depending on courier availability and local logistics.

4. SHIPPING CHARGES

Shipping Fee Policy

Shipping charges, if applicable, are clearly displayed during the checkout process before payment confirmation.

Free Shipping Conditions

From time to time, we may offer free shipping as part of promotional campaigns or special offers. Eligibility for free shipping will be displayed during checkout whenever applicable.

5. ORDER TRACKING

Tracking Method

Once your order has been dispatched, shipment tracking details are shared through email, SMS (where available), or your order information, allowing you to monitor your shipment.

6. DELIVERY ISSUES

Delay Handling Procedure

If your shipment is delayed beyond the expected delivery timeframe, our support team will coordinate with the courier partner, monitor the shipment status, and keep you informed until the issue is resolved.

Lost Shipment Handling

In the event of a lost shipment, we will work closely with the courier partner to investigate the matter and provide an appropriate resolution, which may include a replacement or refund where applicable.

7. UNDELIVERED ORDERS

COD Refusal Policy

Customers are requested to accept delivery of confirmed COD orders. Repeated refusal of COD deliveries without a valid reason may result in restrictions on future Cash on Delivery purchases.

Incorrect Address Policy

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details. If an order cannot be delivered due to an incorrect address, incorrect phone number, or customer unavailability, the shipment may be returned to our warehouse. Additional shipping charges may apply for re-dispatch, where applicable.

International Shipping Availability

International shipping is not currently available unless specifically announced by Maharashtra Sufi Saints.

9. FORCE MAJEURE

Delivery schedules may be affected by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, floods, fires, severe weather conditions, pandemics, government restrictions, transportation disruptions, strikes, technical failures, or other unforeseen events. Maharashtra Sufi Saints shall not be held responsible for delays resulting from such circumstances, but we will make every reasonable effort to keep customers informed and resolve delivery issues as quickly as possible.
